And people disagree with me why, when I say I have absolutely 0% faith in Dice/EA to give us a decent Star Wars Battlefront?
Negative. I want this game to be so good I can taste it! I'm just bummed out because I bought battlefield 4 after I said I wasn't going to. The reason I said I wasn't going to was because I didn't like BF3. But dice made BF4 look so awesome! I just had to give it another shot. Besides, I told myself even if I didn't like the MP, I could still play and enjoy the single player. Which I did.....twice! It deleted my single player campaign twice now! Even after the last patch. ...
After the disaster otherwise known as Battlefield 4, I have 0% faith in Dice/EA to make this worth a damn.
Love how as soon as the MS guy opened his mouth to try to compliment and talk about the INDIE game, he immediately started tooting their own horn and evangelizing Kinect and smartglass. Jesus, can you just praise a game for a moment without talking about yourself? It's like they're brainwashed.
I can't wait for DriveClub. It may not have realtime weather, but the day/night time cycle looks breathtaking. So glad they delayed it to make it the best it can be instead of shipping it incomplete to make a buck.
Apparently even Nintendo executives aren't thinking in terms of a business because they're lucky to still be in business.
Ok, but why is that his fault? He was hired by Geoff. Geoff is the executive producer of VGX and obviously knew how Joel's show on E is. You don't hire someone to do the opposite of what they're known for doing. It all falls on Geoff.
The show had it's awkward moments, yes. But I think Joel did exactly what he was hired to do. The video game industry's fans taking everything so serious is what gives it a bad name. Even the Oscars have turned to dry, witty and sometimes bad humor to lighten up the over serious mood. Maybe you all should as well.
I can understand people's frustration and disappointment
given the full $59.99 price. However, I never bought the game on PS3 so I'm not as upset. I'll probably pick this up for the GF.
It does this on the PS4 also. I'm all for hating on M$, but even I have to speak up on this one.
5 reasons why you should think about buying a Wii U
1. Super Mario 3D world.
2. Super Mario 3D world.
3. Super Mario 3D world.
4. Super Mario 3D world.
5. Super Mario 3D world.
There. Fixed.
There is no way this game deserves a 6. It has its flaws, but it's a stellar 7.5- 8.0, IMO.
Penello also said that "One is not better than the other" in regard to them selling One Million units in thirteen territories as opposed to Sony selling One Million in only two territories. So people take what he says with a ginormous grain of salt.
Like I said yesterday in another article.
My local Gamestop only had 30 pre-orders for the One compared to 60 PS4 pre-orders. I haven't asked if they still have any in stock.
However, my friend's Gamestop does still have some. They only had 20 pre-orders for it. Four of them came in at the midnight launch to pick them up and 6 came in the next day. Last I checked, they still have around 10 left in stock.
EDIT:
I just called my...
It's called fact checking. No different than when a journalist calls and asks before writing an article.

This just proves how out of touch Microsoft's suits are. 40+ year old balding businessmen wearing cool, hip clothing. Typical MS, it's always about everything BUT gaming. "Here, look at these pretty flashing lights".
Hahahahahahaha. So people on XBOX LIVE with M$'s Smartglass app are giving great scores to Xbox games? You don't say!
Doesn't matter. If he can conclude that gamers don't want to play a game on a smaller screen, why would it be illogical of me to think gamers only interacting with a game on a tablet would be any different? I think that I'm asking a fair question.
You're lucky then. It took two weeks after I got the game to even be able to play a Conquest match. In the meantime, I played the Single player campaign. But guess what, the game is so buggy it deleted my game save not once, but twice! I've given up on it. No way in hell am I spending another 3 or so hours trying to get back to where I was. Trading it in asap.
